Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Olyron, Inc.(“OLYRON,” “we,” “us”), the company behind OLYRON Labs, governing your use of our websites and applications (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

OLYRON is an educational health-and-wellness tool. It helps you organize and understand health data you already have and turns it into informational insights, plans, and reminders.

OLYRON does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care. It is not a medical device, and its features have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Using the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified health professional about your health and before acting on anything you see in the Services. Please read our Medical Disclaimer in full.

To use the Services, you agree that:

The Services let you connect third-party accounts — such as your healthcare providers’ patient portals (via our connectivity partner, Fasten Connect) — to import your records. When you use these features, you represent that the accounts and data are yours or that you are authorized to connect them.

Provider portals and other third-party services are operated by those third parties, not by us. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or the completeness of data they return, and connecting them is subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a provider at any time.

You agree not to:

OLYRON offers free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and, unless stated otherwise, your subscription renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel.

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services themselves — including our software, design, text, branding, and the OLYRON name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.

Some features generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation. It is provided for informational purposes only, is not medical advice, and should be verified with a qualified professional before you act on it. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

The Services integrate with third parties (for example, Stripe for payments and Fasten Connect and your providers for records). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or interpretation provided through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olyron, Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olyron, Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we will update the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@olyron.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
